Refund policy

www.shopthefaceusa.com does not offer money refunds for customer errors. We take pride in the quality of our products, and as such, all of them undergo rigorous quality control before being shipped.

However, if a defective product were to pass our quality control or get damaged during shipping, we take responsibility and provide a replacement product (except in cases where the printing did not turn out well due to a low-quality print file).

To request this, you need to send an email to hola@shoptheface.com within the first five business days of receiving your order with the subject line "Return #your order number," along with your contact information and an image showing the complete damage.
