Shipping policy

The following terms apply to all shipments made within the United States of America.

The prices published on the site already include shipping costs within the United States of America, except when expressly indicated by a specific team or promotion for express delivery. Product prices may change at any time without prior notice. Promotions from other sources cannot be combined with those presented on this site.

The customer agrees to provide a valid and reachable address within the United States of America where the order can be delivered. In the event that the customer provides an address that cannot be located by the courier service, any additional costs will be covered by the customer.

All shipments made by us and our suppliers are properly packaged. If your order is delivered with physical damage by the courier service, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the courier service employee, indicating that the package shows signs of mishandling (open, damaged, punctured, wet, wrapped, etc.). Without this note, you are accepting the package as is. If the courier service employee does not allow you to add a note to the delivery manifest, you SHOULD NOT accept the package.

If you suspect that the box being delivered by the courier service employee does not contain what you purchased, either due to weight or size discrepancies in the packaging, you SHOULD NOT accept it. Inform the courier service employee of the reasons and report it to us immediately to clarify your order.

Once you or someone at the delivery address receives the package, you have 24 hours to report any anomalies due to physical damage or missing items in your order. After this period, no changes or claims will be processed.

The delivery time is 10-13 business days for production, plus an additional 3 to 5 business days once the order has been packaged and the customer has received their tracking information via the indicated email.

DELIVERY AREA

The delivery area for our products is limited to the states of the United States of America. We deliver to all locations where coverage exists through the courier companies we use. In deliveries by courier services, we depend entirely on the conditions of each of them, as well as the weather conditions and risk zones of each region.

We cannot process orders with incomplete delivery addresses or with special agreements from other courier services.
